The rooftop terrace offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, making mornings delightful as we enjoyed our breakfast there.
We experienced some confusion regarding payment options, as the initial communication suggested paying in GBP, but only EUR or Dirham were accepted.

The beautiful rooftop terrace was a lovely escape.
I was so annoyed by the unexpected extra charges during my stay. a small bowl of ice cost me 3 euros! The staff's attitude was also frustrating. the older receptionists were quite rude and dismissive when I raised my concerns. To top it all, the noise from the nearby streets started early in the morning, ruining my chances of a peaceful sleep.

The Superior Double Room offered a good size for relaxation, with a beautiful blend of traditional décor that adds character. The rooftop terrace provided a great space to unwind, complete with sun loungers that caught the afternoon sun perfectly.
Communication regarding the payment options could use some clarity. I was initially informed I could pay in GBP, but only EUR and Dirham were accepted. Additionally, I encountered extra charges for amenities like a small bowl of ice, which felt excessive. Morning noise levels were higher than expected, starting as early as 6 am—ear plugs are recommended if you plan to sleep in.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the bustling main square, while enjoying the peaceful ambiance. Breakfast was a highlight, with beautifully presented gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. However, the mattress could use improvement for better comfort, and some areas in the room had dust which was unexpected given the price. The pool was unheated, making it less inviting during our stay.

Our time here was truly special! The location allowed for easy access to the main square, and the serene atmosphere provided a perfect contrast to the busy streets. The breakfasts served on the terrace were delightful and varied with fresh options every day. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our needs with kindness and efficiency. One downside was that the downstairs rooms lacked outside windows, making them a bit stuffy at times.
